What professions have time based "learning" skills like researching traits?
Smithing, Clothier, and woodworking.
Each time you learn a trait the timer will get longer. There is an article by ESO that said it will be so difficult to learn all the traits for everyt skill and piece that it would take someone over 3 years to complete. Would probably be a good idea to compile a chart in the Crafter's Commons that shows who has/ or is researching what so that all the traits get done prior to people duplicating them. This will allow someone to post when they start researching an item and how long their timer is until completion.
