What am I missing? I can't see where jewelry can be requested in the ESO market place. I'm in need of research traits for necklaces and rings (I have the first 3 already).

What am I missing? I can't see where jewelry can be requested in the ESO market place. I'm in need of research traits for necklaces and rings (I have the first 3 already).
I had to find jewelry resources and make them myself, or give resources to friends and have them make them. Also the dolmens give lots of jewelry loot.
