So I went in Hallin Stand and everything was ok, but after I had killed last quest boss and came out of palace, I encountered this monstrosity. Well then I continued riding out of Hallin's Stand. Then things started going twilight zone. Everytime I turned my cursor towards Hallin's Stand, all textures went haywire :)
Anyway this guy has some problems ;)
