Naay’s – Strawberry-Rhubarb Crisp
Ingredients:
• 4 cups rhubarb, sliced
• 2 cups strawberries, cut in chunks
• 1-¼ cup sugar
• ¼ cup floor
• ¼ teaspoon salt
Toppin’
• 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
• 1/3 cup floor
• ¼ cup sugar
• ½ teaspoon cinnamon
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 5 tablespoons butter, melted
Preparation:
Toss together in a large bowl an' poor intae a 8x8" bakin' dish.
Mix graham cracker crumbs, floor an' sugar in a smaller bowl. Add melted butter an' stir tae make crumble. Distribute crumble evenly oan top ay fruit mixture.
Bake at 400°F, 45 minutes until broon oan top an' bubbly.
