Naay's Recipes - Kale Cheps

Naay’s – Kale Cheps

Ingredients:

• 6 cups kale (yoor guess as guid as mine, Ah filled a large salad bowl)

• ¼ cup olife oil
• ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 clove garlic

• 2 tablespoons ‘herbes de provence’

Preparation:

Remove th' stems frae th' kale an' tear th' leaves intae big pieces. Place in large bowl an' sit aside.

Place aw th' remainin' ingredients, except th' herbs, in a blender an' blend until smooth. Add th' herbs lest an' briefly pulse until weel mixed.

Mix th' sauce wi' th' kale in a bowl. Use yer hans tae ensure th' kale is weel coated wi' th' sauce.

Place th' kale oan dehydratur trays in single layers, (Ah used mah fruit leaither liners, recipe filled mah 8 trays). Dehydrate at 115°F fur 4 hoors until dry, (mine waur crispy in under 3 hoors).
