Naay’s – Aunt Elva’s Pumpkin Dump Cake
Ingredients:
• 1 29oz can pumpkin
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3 eggs
• 3 teaspoons cinnamon
• 1 8oz can evaporated milk
• 1 yella’ cake mix
• 2 sticks butter
• 1 cup pecan halves
Preparation:
Grease 9x13 pan and preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix th' pumpkin, sugar, eggs, salt, milk, an' cinnamon. Poor th' mixture intae th' pan.
Sprinkle th' cake mix evenly ower th' pumpkin mixture. Melt th' butter. (I only use 1 stick.) Drizzle ower dry cake mix. Place th’ pecans halves oan top.
Bake fur 50-60 minutes, until a toothpick comes oot clean.
