Experimental Success

Last night was our first attempt to shake up the group a bit. After putting a great deal of time into gear and research, Paleus, our NightBlade Emperor, served as tank through the twisted corridors of the Vaults of Madness. There was a learning curve involved for all of our roles - but I felt that the biggest was the pause between pulls, each of us waiting for the tank to lead the charge... and then Paleus remembering that meant him!
While we did scale this dungeon down to V6 to accommodate the new role for Paleus and to make things easier for our two dps, who were both midlevel veteran alts, it was a successful experiment with minimal deaths and only a smidge of chaos. Good job, Paleus!
