Sorry I hit "enter" before I finished posting. Is anyone still playing rift and what faction? My brothers and I are thinking of coming back for a bit and were wondering if anyone is still around and keeping the family alive. We are going to roll some new defiant toons in the next few days.
never did the diefant content in that game I may role there as well but you sticking with Faeblight or is there a new server for NA on the F2P release?
Our guilds are still on Faeblight, we're known as Saighdear. Just /join Tuatha and ask for an invite.
Mikey, we are gonna roll on Faeblight, would love to have you. Gonna be kind of casual just nights 7:30ish to 10ish est, and longer on weekends.
A good portion of the guild split off and formed Invicta. If you are into PVE raiding that is a good place to start. Invicta is part of the Tuatha so joining that channel and asking for an invites works for them as well. http://invictaguild.net/
There were quite a few on today in the Saighdear on Faeblight in Rift - It was a blast.
Oh, are things still active on Faeblight? I moved back to Wolfsbane, I have some friends there who did not want to come to Faeblight, so I figured since operations were shut down on Faeblight, I'd mosey on over to them. Oh well, shame there's no guesting feature like GW2, that would be nice.
Now that it's F2P I'm hopping in more often. Getting sick of all these MMOs with "innovative" gimmicks, need something more traditional right now.
There's quite a few of us still around. Although not called 'guesting', you can actually hop shards for cross-shard events now. Rift is still a great game with lots to do as f2p. Since 2.3 launched yesterday it has been very busy on Faeblight :)
I am still playing and now with 2.3 out I finally have some new stuff to do. More people are returning as well which is good.

I pop in here and there since F2P but really haven't done much with it.
So I started two new toons on Rift - a cleric and a mage.
I feel like a rift noob all over again :) Its kinda cool. I didn't realize how much I missed Rift.
For each class, I bought a 2nd Role. Was wondering how roles worked, and how to spend my points. I'd like to figure out 3 roles for my Cleric (pure heals, pure tank, and a dps/pvp role). I understand mages have a heal spec. Was thinking heals for one role, and dps for the other.
I was wondering if there are any Rift guides on this website? I've always stuck to the tried and true recommendations from the guild.
