A little help with an event I lead

On Sunday, I put together a group of 4 of us to help Tisk conclude her pants quest.  I've stepped through the claim leadership portion and it's pretty intuitive but I'm unable to locate an option for that particular elite.  For now I've put it down as the only elite in Ember Isle listed (Gargonot) but am wondering what I should select in such circumstances (didn't see a quest option) and whether I need to edit this event (or not) to make sure it holds the appropriate value, or even if this qualifies as an "event."

Hmmm... I'm also now seeing that I cannot choose a time in the past for when the event occurred.  No matter what I choose, the event gets marked as having occurred this morning :(
