I'd love to get involved with a sPVP group one or two times a week. Otherwise I'd just be pugging and I would much prefer to roll with premades that can communicate and employ a little strategy. I'm East coast, but am available pretty much every night of the week.

My main is going to be Necro, but I plan to jump around professions in sPVP until I find one that is a good match for me. I'm "Bru.6035" in game.

I think Spartan has plans to help grow as many groups as possible. I doubt very much you all (and those that haven't posted yet) will fit into one 5man sPvP team.

I'm definitely interested in sPvP, I'm most likely going to be playing guardian. Either that or mesmer, but more and more recently I've been leaning towards guardian. Edit: Recently fell in love with the Thief. Disregard everything I've said beforehand.

My main will be an Asuran Bombing Engineer (Rifle/Med Kit/Bomb Kit/Slick Shoes/Rocket Shoes).

yo spart, on second thought i will be concentrating my time on WvW. if u ever need a sub, just let me know and i will hope on a profession for you (one tip, if i may, the tank should roam between the other four teammates, say, a pair of elementalist and thief and a pair of ranger and engineer. i believe the guardian or warrior can tank for the team -- although i dont have a complete idea on how the conditions and boons work. but a team with both guardian and warrior seem kinda heavy and u can swap one of them out for an engineer or something. it's all about having fun (pick one race! :)) so yeah with that i wish u guys good luck in the tournaments!!

and join us WvW on ur spare time and help us seal the ensuing chaos in..... wait for it...... GUILD WARS 2!!! AWW YEEE

spartan, I probably will get an alt or two built for spvp. leaning towards heavy defense guardian or spirit ranger.

played some in stress test with an axe/axe warrior/ stomp and bull rush. got a score of 400 in 30 minutes of play.

I don't have a ton of exp. with spvp, but it was fun. My main may be viable for spvp, going with a condition ranger, but haven't tested it yet.

I would love to learn small team builds for increased viability in wvw.

I would be interested in a little SPvP action. I haven't done much since the betas but since i have a guardian at 80 for everything else I have a little time to put toward some SPvP. I'm central time so say for server time between 6-8 pm I could be available.

I'm not sure about Spartan, but I have spent most of the time since launch leveling and enjoying the PvE. I just hit 75 on my warrior so once I complete that I will be rolling into much more sPvP. Look out for some posts about map strategy and overall sPvP team strategy, along with a team build I came up with that I would like to try.

P.S. At the latest I plan on having these posts up by next Sunday. So be ready to have a good time in sPvP.

I'm currently playing pickup games, but wouldn't mind playing with guildies when avalable. I'm a Norn Thief, and can probably play 1 - 2 nights per week.

Think I would bring my Mesmer over my Warrior for this... Tried him in some PVP today and had a lot of fun with it.

I have noticed that PVP rewards/ rank are account based and not character based. This is very cool as I can bring any class that is needed really...

Thief
Guardian

Those are the character classes I have - so really as a guild spvp team setup I would bring what is needed... what I pug with doesn't matter for this LOL.

Will have to try my guardian in my next pug - they are a huge PITA.

I'm definitely interested in getting in on some spvp. I'm a guardian and as of now I'm interested in a more defensive role. I have a hammer/sword and shield point defense build I've put together that I still need to play around with but I think that's kind of what role I'd like to fill in spvp. I'm in the central time zone and I'm free most evenings after around 7 central and I'm free all day Friday and Saturday.
