I was unable to attend the ceremony, and it deeply upset me. Thank you for posting this Ben. It was a masterpiece.
WoW. I never knew Old Roar, but after watching this video, I am sooooo sad I never got to know him. I feel like I missed the best person ever in the video game community and perhaps in life. I'm really sorry for everyone's loss. Very well done video editing. Im sure he would be proud of everything you guys have done.
Thank you for posting this video of the memorial.
I was there and I was still glued to the monitor. I have chills from that last part! Very well done, he would be proud. I know I am.
Wow.... Nicely done. Thank you.
still chilling to watch this video.
Amazing job on the video, made me cry all over again-anytime i need a boost, hearing about him makes me smile and I wish I had known him. Thank you for your effort with this piece. Faye "Dori"
:*( amazing video.
Dang it, made me cry again. Absolutely beautiful. Myk
Nice job Ben....Nice job...
It was truly a memorable time to be able to be there with family and give honor to OldRoar. Very well done.
Great video. I never met Roger, and I'm new go Gaiscioch in general, but someone must have been chopping onions in here toward the end... As an avid WvW player, I must admit I have looked around at other servers during the free transfer period, and considered moving to one that was higher ranked. To hear some of the ideals that Roger held himself up to though, and his idea that there was always a path to victory regardless of the current odds, reminds me of the very reasons I play games and love sports to begin with. We may never reach #1 with Sanctum of Rall, or be in the final matches against Henge of Denravi and others, but it won't be due to a lack of effort on my part, of this I can promise you all. I'm sad I never got a chance to meet Roger, but the picture of his little tank, outmatched and outnumbered, routing others twice his size will stick with me for a long time. Thanks for the video.
Thanks Ben, The memorial and the video will help those new members to understand who Roger was, and who Gaisioch is today. I was proud to know Roger, and I am proud to be a part of this guild. Sempre Fidelus Caitlin
Wonderful video, Roger will be missed but he is forever in our hearts
Posted the short version for everyone.
