This is a DPS light armor caster based on the Templar class. It features massive single target burst potential, along with respectable AOE damage and survivability. It offers also group support through emergency healing.

Bar 1 - Single Target
Slot 1-1: Vampire's Bane - Direct Damage + Snare, powerful DoT
Slot 1-2: Dark Flare - High damage, Buffs power of next attack, lowers heals on target by 40%
Slot 1-3: Destructive Clench - Knockback, Immobilize, or Disorient, based on staff type
Slot 1-4: Honor the Dead - Emergency Heal, restores magicka if target is low on health
Slot 1-5: Spell Symmetry - Converts health into magicka, lowers cost of next spell
Ultimate: Shooting Star - Crazy single target damage, high AoE damage, and returns ultimate for each target hit
Spell strategy: Use Dark Flare followed by Vampire's Bane to increase it's damage. Using Spell Symmetry will lower the cost and increase the damage of the next attack, due to the passive "Might of the Guild". Dark Flare -> Spell Symmetry -> Shooting Star will deal incredible burst damage from long range. Use Destructive Clench to keep enemies at bay, and use Spell Symmetry to recover magicka. Honor the Dead is there to save yourself or teammates should the need arise.

Slot 2-1: Force Pulse - Damage and elemental effects, AoE damage if targets are burning/chilled/concussed
Slot 2-2: Scalding Rune - AoE Damage + DoT when enemy steps in target area
Slot 2-3: Elemental Ring - Damage + DoT to all nearby enemies
Slot 2-4: Blinding Flashes - Nearby targets have 50% chance to miss and can be thrown off balance
Slot 2-5: Channeled Focus - Creates area of self protection and restores magicka
Ultimate: Solar Disturbance - Damages, snares and lowers damage done by enemies
Spell Strategy: You can use Dark Flare from Bar 1, use Spell Symmetry then drop a Scalding Rune on a group of players and follow up with Force Pulse to deal splash damage since they will all be burning, or run in and spam Elemental Ring if they are distracted. If you get attacked by melee, use Blinding Flashes to make yourself harder to hit. Using Channeled Focus prior to engaging enemies at close range will help increase your survivability and endurance.
