These are not bad starting points but I already see issues with all of these builds. They are just that, intended builds with no concept of the fact that your expected skills will require at least the first point in every single class trees first ability otherwise you won't gain ranks in that class tree. Armor and weapons will rank up through use of the gear but your class skills will only rank up if you use those skills or have them slotted on your active hot bar.
So my beat advice is no matter what build you want to play in the end or role your want to try, your best investment of skill points is to spend your first three skill points of any character into the first ability of all your class trees. Keep these abilities on your hot bar even if your don't plan to use these later on down the road. Early leveling this will allow you to gain ranks in all of your class trees by using them, or by gaining experience from quests. As you get the skills you want later you can replace them but if you use them till lvl 10 or till 15 you should have easily rank 20 or higher in all you class trees. This simply just makes your early levels more efficient I. Ranking these up in case you want to try some skills in other trees later. Otherwise it will be a long grind to rank them up later. It's only 3 skill points but in the long run it will be require for some of these premodern builds by other players and will help you unlock the other abilities in the trees as we'll as the passives.
