Okay here is a 2H/Bow build for some discussion, I liked most of a build I found on Tamriel Foundry (Templer Murder Machine, @RickyBill) and have modified it a little
Looking at most of the points into Stamina to boost weapon damage and Stamina, regen items to hit Stamina soft caps then health then magic
Imperial with boosts to health and stamina pool plus a melee trickle self heal
Heavy armour based to add armour, spell resist, health regen and melee weapon power

Closer: Focused Charge Morphed to Toppling Charge - uses magika and has a stun
Heal: Rushed Ceremony Morphed to Breath of Life - bigger heal for me plus 2 Allies to assist main healer if required (this is the main use of Magika on this bar)
Damage 1: Reverse Slash Morphed to Executioner - Stamina based finisher +18% damage to 2H attacks to <25% health enemies
Damage 2: Cleave morphed to Brawler - 7m Aoe Cone hit, dot, and shield
Buff: Momentum morphed to forward momentum increasing damage buff plus a snare removal
Ultimate: Flawless Dawnbreaker - Cheap Ultimate with a Cone AoE and + 13% to all weapon damage attacks when slotted
rotation : Toppling charge, Forward momentum, Brawler, couple of white, Brawler, executioner
change options I have
Radiant Aura in for forward Momentum this swaps a damage buff for a Health/Stamina regen buff for myself and allies
Healing Ritual morphed to Lingering Ritual swaps a biggish heal for 3 to a HoT for all inside 12, 2 sec cast I think pushes this to the ranged bar
Does Lingering ritual from multiple players stack?
uppercut-Dizzying swing in for brawler gives a stun+knockback+enemy damage reduction
Passives: all the 2H, Heavy armour, Imperial and Restoring Light
BAR 2 BOW
opener: Scatter Shot morphed to Magnum shot - Knockback, stun and self opener all in one
Heal: Healing Ritual morphed to Lingering Ritual, area HoT help keep the ranged nukers healed
Damage 1: Poison arrow morphed to venom arrow, ranged poison damage, spell interupt and Dot what is not to love
Damage 2: Volley morphed to Arrow Barrage 7m AoE out to 33M
Damage 3: Sunfire morphed to Vampires Bane: Damage, Dot and Snare
Any thoughts or comments?
for leveling it will probably be Biting Jabs, Breathe of Life, Vampires Bane, Brawler, and Silver Shards to level up the 3 class, 2H and Fighters Guild lines
