The basics!:

1.  Special attacks are the red aura bash to interrupt attacks.
2.  Heavy attacks are the yellow aura block required type attacks.
3.  Ground effects will always be discussed as AOE.  I will attempt to make sure I discuss where these are placed.
4.  Shrug off refers to the ability to remove effects that stun you with both mouse buttons, just like the bash attacks.
5.  Incidental AOE is damage that affects additional targets near a main target, when the ability is part of your single target attack setup.

*The quest bosses are not covered here.  I can write covers of them for people if you want, but they are pretty much just kill adds, kill boss, don't stand in bad, block heavy attacks.*

Infernal Maw:

This boss infects a player with a curse that causes the player to drop fire.  Try to organize so that you do not drop fire on each other, and that the fire goes around the outside of the room in a nice pattern that leaves the entry door unblocked.  *The boss can be kited some, although may reset if you get too far away down the corridor.*
As a Daedroth, this boss breathes a cone of fire.  It uses this against a random player.  If you are not in range, it will still turn toward you, and spew fire that may hurt melee characters.  Melee should be aware of this attack.

Keeper Imiril:

This boss has orbs of doom which fling themselves about the room.  Avoid them.
The boss will roll into an orb, vanish, and summon adds.  They come in three types of waves, in order.  In each case, simply AOE them hard.  *For ease, the banekin 1st wave and clannfear 3rd wave may be AOE rooted.  The waves repeat at 1st once the 3rd has been done.*
The boss will reappear from a random orb.  The tank should have a taunt ready.
If you have a healer with a solid AOE weapon swap, the adds should die extremely fast.

Sister Sihma:

They are harvesters (2) and have the normal harvester three pronged frontal cone AOE and healing 'feast' orbs.
They put a shield up around themselves when damaged (one shields, the other is vulnerable.)
Again, a strong healer dps offset is good.  Most of your healing can easily come from feasts.  With strong dps, you will only see one shield appear.

High Kinlord Rilis:

The boss teleports around the room, using a ranged magic attack.  It hits like a dry fluffy towel.  No tank for him is required.
The boss will throw blue fire into the air, with pools landing where players 'are going to be.'  This means if you are running straight, it will land on you.  Turn often, and work your way out of any fire.
The boss will pull a player into the air, then drop them.  This gives either a red or blue runic debuff, which constantly hits the player for damage.  The player must run back toward the entry stairs to the red runic area to remove the red runes, or the other direction to the blue runic area to remove the blue runes.  Find these runic areas and remember them before engaging.
Finally, the boss will summon 2 feasts and a daedroth every so often.  The feasts move to where the boss was when he summoned them, which means they often miss and re-adjust.  Kill them, unless you have time with a readjust and he will die.
The daedroth may be killed if you are not going for a gold key.  Otherwise, you want to consider how fast the boss is losing health, and make sure you have 3 of them tanked and alive when the boss dies.  They will vanish upon the boss dying.  They do standard daedroth stuff, and the damage adds up, so the healer will need to make sure to keep close enough to the tank.
In early phases, or when few daedroth are up, the healer may help dps if they have the mana and a setup that allows them to.
