Despite the questionable choice of Wagner, it is a pretty impressive showing. You would have to be a zerg to roll over these guys....and even then? If you're wondering what the Tactical Combat mod looks like in PvP, examples here.

The way to deal with opponents like that is guerilla warfare, subterfuge, and keep changing the battlefield. If they're gonna hit you on the west, you hit them on the east. By the time they come to the east, you've moved onto a new location. It doesn't have to be strength on strength. Those guys are powerful, and they can move when they want to (see their scroll stealing video). But generally they seem to like to find a choke point with cover, and that preference for using terrain will slow them down against a versatile, mobile opponent.
By the way, it would be a thing of beauty to bait them into a siege weapon ambush. Their penchant for aoe and using each other's synergies could possibly be used against them. Let them chase a few pestering socerors who are using bolt escape to elude them and have the sorcerors appear to be trapped in an area that has been pre-targeted by about 5 or 6 siege engines. Just as they close in to aoe our sorcerors and group up to use each other's synergies, let loose all the seige engines at once and let the carnage commence. Especially if you have a few stealthed toons with bows who can interupt their healers with Venom Arrow.
They are very impressive. AoE, 12(or so )man, organized group staying very tight together. All spamming aoe heals and attacks and ultimates. they are all 50th,all with 2500-3100 health, all maxed with points into health. all with most every ability overcharged ( as seen with him bringing up his charater stat screen a few times ).
I sure hope they fix/adjust the health/stamina/magicka thing a lot better so this tunnelvision of all into health can stop.
90% of everything they did was near melee range. Way to beat that is spread out groups attacking at range focusing one enemy at a time and moveing as they get rushed by this zerg.
Bottomline this guild in the video is doing the most prime group/raid tactical build that there is.

Here's another strong group, Izkimar's group:
