(The story of the Mohanna Foglhadha)
It has been many seasons since we last spoke. I am writing this note to assure you I am well and I have not forgotten about the Gaiscioch. Since my brother Ethan's death I have been torn to shreds by his memory. Hibernia has become a dagger in my heart making it impossible for me to live there anymore.
I have traveled to Midhe a large city in the south and have made a home here. The people are very nice and I have been welcomed into their people with open arms. The landscape is much like that of Shannon Estuary with rolling hills and windy streams. It is quite beautiful. Perhaps one day ye can come visit. In Midhe I met a lass by the name of Tallua. She was one of the most beautiful women I have seen. She has specialized in the trade of alchemy and has a store in market. Together we were married and had daughter by the name of Mohanna.
It is with great sorrow that I write ye. By now you have met my Daughter Mohanna. I have sent her to be with you while I am away. Less than a month ago Tallua didn't open her store. Not did she return that eve. She had disappeared. I cannot stand the thought of losing my wife so I have left to seek her out. I am afraid that what I have discovered thus far leads me to the land of Albion. I have met with some villagers who speak of a prince who came to the market that day and claimed her as his own. He took her back to Albion and I must seek her out. Please send the family my best wishes for I do not know if I will return. But I do know death would be a blessing than life without Tallua. I cannot bear the loss of another loved one.
Please take care of Mohanna and see that she is well educated. She is quite talented in the musical world. She began playing the drum before she could even walk. Now she has mastered the lute, drum and flute and is seeking higher education in the capitol city. I trust ye will keep her focused on her studies and keep her out of trouble. If ye do not hear from me again rest easy as I will be watching over ye and the rest of the Gaiscioch. Take care Foglhadha my blessings are with ye.
