I remember TA have a lot of kiting work when it comes to spiders, and the melee mobs are really strong in there, so anything that immobilizes them or cripples/chill them should work wonders; and I remember a room with lot's of aoe rings from wurm/plant looking things, I forgot if those were projectile before landing as AoE type that you can reflect, but it's all poison based so condition removal if you can't projectile reflect
I'd probably do traps ranger and just stay ranged, since that's a lot of control + dps (need those master trapper traits) + use double bears to soak up dmg and distract for team
engineer can easily do elixir gun cripple or grenades chill, or tool kit cripple but no other skills really are useful in there.. healing turret's large aoe condition removal should help
guardian can do wall of reflection if it works in that AoE ring room, in the room with 1 boss and many tiny spiders i don't see the guardian have too many use there; usually guardians are most useful when they can melee with someone else and just soak up some dmg; but all the poison in TA probably can be annoying and not friendly for a guardian :s I would do scepter + focus to get the many blocks, blind multiple foes and the good single target dmg plus the decent aoe dmg number 2 skill.. can only greatsword if i am not the only one melee-ing
if you do shouts remove condtions that could be useful, but i find that build a bit boring personally so... i'd rather go 15% extra crit chance on one handed weapon so i can quicky take down stuff from range with the scepter and immobilize stuff
