i am wondering about if i start recruiting on cactuar for the level 5 FC (read guild to you not in ffxiv) that i am the head of, known as Low Red Moon, if its ok if i say we are a gsch based guild.
i don't want to add confusion to the plate here, and since others are playing on balmung and excalibur(far easier of the two)... both of which are very high population servers... which for the most part means to get on them you have to spend 20$ ({edit} this is a world to world xfer, all characters are moved, with other restrictions, see link below.) because your leveraging that they are allowing people to to transfer there if they pay... but not if they are starting a new character there... or a very very patient about trying to create a character there under the optimal situation. ie: the server comes up from maintenance around 15 mins to 4am. this makes the allow creation algorithm to be fooled (4am is one of the times it sees what the online population is) and thinks that server is not high population due to it coming up from maintance.
to me gsch social adventures is about the casual side of gsch (sort of redundant imo)... and to say to someone to play with gsch on ffxiv you need to pay 20$s seems to fly in the face of that.
note: this is what ffxiv means by a cactuar http://ffxiv.gamerescape.com/w/images/c/c8/UncommonCactuar.jpg
