Werewolf

Started visiting ESO a little. Just wondering about something. When I left in August they had changed Werewolf so that certain powers did not work unless you had them on your bar. So no more stam regen bonus unless you were in form iirc. I  remember a lot of people were basically going to not bother putting any points into WW as it didn't really help with game play anymore. Just wondering if this is still true?

Still true as far as I know. I've kept WW with one skill point in bloodmoon, for if other folk want a bite. Otherwise, my points are better placed elsewhere. 

You have to have the WW ultimate slotted to get the Stam regen passive still IIRC. no one really uses it tho since they nerfed it and took away Stam Regen while blocking.
