I know this has been a common problem and it finally struck me today, is there any way to fix the bank reset or restore my bank space or items or am i just screwed, can i open a ticket?

On the official ESO forums, it says the bug will be fixed in the Patch tomorrow (friday) so there will be no more resets of bank or skill points. It also states that if you did lose bank space, items, and so on you need to file a ticket so they can work on getting everything back.
Speaking of the patch, I'm off on good Friday and was excited to play as soon as I woke up! A day off work and a full day to play, finally....And they are patching until noon....couldn't they have done it while everyone was sleeping lol
Yeah, I am off on good Friday as well. I guess I will have to wait =/
Yeah I saw that it looks like it (at least one of the ways) is sparked is from swapping toons back and forth, but i read also that swapping back to the original toon would get the items back, my bank slots were still reset but thats okay theyll fix that soon, filled out a ticket and posted the ticket number on that forum post, so hopefully ill get all that back, and i dont know if i got all my items back because my bank was full and any items that wouldnt fit were in my inventory but that was full too so i dunno if some items got lost that wouldnt fit in either, but the good news is i got most of the important stuff back, the bad news is i didnt realize there was potential skill points lost and stuff too so i need to double check that today lol!
